Experience levels at Naljets are very high with team stability and knowledge being key factors. To this day we are proud to have retained the same management team that we had from the company’s inception, and we enjoy a very low turnover of crew, operations and administration staff. We value our staff highly and want them to be motivated to do the best job they can on our and your behalf.

Craig M McLeod – Managing Director and Accountable Manager


Craig is the Managing Director and founder of Naljets, the Accountable Manager in the eyes of the CAA and Chief Pilot for both public transport and private operations. Craig has extensive overview of all aircraft operations, including experience of company and financial structures required for tax efficient aircraft acquisition and ownership.

Craig holds both EASA and FAA Airline Transport Licenses and is an EASA Instructor and Examiner, also holding the post of Training Manager ensuring aircrew training standards are maintained. Craig is a line training Captain on the Gulfstream 200, Bombardier Challenger 605 and Cessna CJ series.


Nick Lyons – Director and Flight Safety Officer 

Nick started his career in Mechanical Engineering in the Logistics and Transportation industry before moving into aviation with Naljets in a business advisory capacity. During his time in Logistics Nick was a National Council Member of The Institute of Transport Administration and was involved in the development and structure of the UK Logistics Industry.

Nick obtained his Commercial Pilot’s Licence whilst with Naljets and in addition to being a Director, holds the Flight Safety Manager role, working closely with the company to ensure that a positive and transparent “Safety Culture” is continually instilled into all operations. He brings invaluable logistical business knowledge with him which has informed many of our reporting and procedural activities.

Nick holds a FAA Commercial Pilots Licence and UK Private Pilots licence, and flies as a First Officer on a number of different jet types.

Cyril Deroyer – Captain and Flight Operations Manager

Cyril is a French National and has been flying since the age of 19. Over the last two decades Cyril has flown for commercial and private operators and has extensive flying experience in the USA, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Cyril holds both EASA and FAA Airline Transport Licenses, is a line training Captain and Fleet Manager on the Gulfstream G200 and Bombardier Challenger 350, and Deputy Chief Pilot within the company. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.

Donna Bulman – Director and General Manager

Donna started her career in banking, working her way to management positions in the Royal Bank of Scotland. With extensive experience in business and corporate banking procedures, currency exchanges and contracts Donna ensures the efficiency and accuracy of financial transactions in different currencies and monthly management reporting to clients. In addition Donna also oversees the day to day administration and operations departments within the Operations Centre.

Mick Prentice – Continued Airworthiness Manager

Mick has extensive experience in the Education, Construction, IT and Aviation sectors and holds a BEd in Design and Technology. Mick is primarily responsible for CAMO responsibilities, liaising with owners, crews and maintenance organisations to intelligently plan airworthiness requirements. Mick also has particular expertise in the management of Operations, Quality and SMS systems, and has previously held several AOC posts including ground operations and crewing manager.

Mick has completed an MSc in Aircraft Maintenance Management at City University of London, having been awarded a bursary from the Royal Academy of Engineering.
